The Start of Food, Value of Ingredients, and Food

This exhibition shows the process of obtaining and preparing food ingredients, methods for storing and preserving food ingredients based on their properties, and the cooking processes for preparing food.

Exhibition layout and route

1. Basis of Food is placed by the entrance; 2. Fulfilling a Long-Held Wish is placed below 1; 3. Food Ingredients; and 4. Food as a Roots to Our Lives are placed in clockwise order.
